I made an order on their website on 10th of August and the address registered without a street name. Since then I`ve been trying to contact them. No answer on the phone number, no answer by mail, nothing. I paid but I cannot get what I ordered and their customer service does not exist. 18.08.2022 Update: I reveived my money back, we are ok. Your email reply went to spam folder, I haven't seen it until today. My phone number is correct, nobody called. I called the company 7 times during 4 days from 2 different phone numbers and always got a robot answer. DHL delivers EVERY SINGLE DAY to our address. It is clearly written in the order "ACROSS" no.63 (gegenuber).

Thank you so much,I placed my order of S shaped belt yesterday and it arrived today.I am spo impressed ,They even included for me protein samples. I highly appreciate, But watch out 2 stars why? Their belt is for babies ! Not worth the money. And no returns no refunds what a shame
